Perseis is a witch from the Coven of the Waning Moon who holds an advisory position at the court of the Emperor of Beycillis and has done so since before the War of Unity.
While she has mastered all schools of magic, she is particularly talented in the art of divination.
In the days when the Bloodhunter guild was young, a similar group of witchhunters tried to apprehend Perseis. She still keeps some of their bones and weapons in her chambers.
