Plastic Coast

East of the Toxic Plains. Former home to the Ancient Civilisations living in the coastal cities. Remains of the coastal towns can sometimes be glimpsed underneath the plastic. Before the Beginning, plastic waste spread for miles into the ocean in a thick layer, drowning coastal towns in plastic. The people here were forced to leave their home and seek a life elsewhere. Some headed to the cities, in hope to find shelter there. Others fled to the deep countryside which was less affected by pollution.

North east of the Edge Of the World. At the edge of the plastic coast the weather changes. The Storm Cloud which covers most of the known lands breaks apart and reveals sky beyond. This area is subject to varied and changeable weather.

Weeks into uncharted lands, cracks emerged in the sky. The comforting red clouds that Amelia relied on were breaking apart. Rays of yellow light poured from the cracks.

The plastic coast is home to Plastic Eating Bacteria that live off eating plastic and slowly destroying it.

Explorer Amelia’s ship stuttered and wobbled with turbulence. The plastic ocean was falling apart. Beneath the plastic was a strange surface, somewhat mirrored and greyish blue in colour.
