Religion
The country has long been associated with Qall, god of light and shadows in most forms of lowland dwarven polytheism, though in Keqallía he has acquired a number of traits peculiar to the country due to assimilation with a celestial deities worshipped by early inhabitants around the site of Ötera.
In keqallían tradition, Qall is particularly associated with nacre and pearls, with the former used to adorn the domes of his temple and monastery in Ötera, and the latter to make prayer beads and votive offerings in the form of tiny statuettes. The main festival of Qall is held right before the moon grape harvest, when the bioluminescent fruits illuminate the vineyards in the northern part of the country at night.
