Kmúþic: Heiþal isp Kmúþó /hɛːiθaːl ɪsph khuːθouː/
Arikric: Heiþal hisp Kmúþó /xɛːiθaːl ɦɪsph khuːθouː/
Jörgalic: Heiþal ísip Kmúbþó /hɛːiθal iːsɪph khupθouː/
Númric: Jötor Kmúþó /jœthɔːr khuːθouː/ Þiðic: Fvóþo /βouːθɔ/
Kmúþó was a country in in what is now southern Amþax in southwestern Jælondis, home to the predominantly human Kmúþans until most of them died or fled during the Fell Wars some forty years ago. It was bordered by the Þargolid Sea to the south, Þ'iþí beyond the river Zúrta to the northwest, Jörgalía to the north, Kmarana to the northeast and Berekría to the east. The country's capital was the city of Tamjar to the southeast.
A constitutional popular monarchy, Kmúþó's ruling Ytym dynasty was a close ally of the neighbouring Kmót dynasty in Jörgalía up until the Fell Wars, though the relationship had soured somewhat a few years prior due to Kúþax Ytym V declining to join what would become the infamous Tetrarchy. After falling in battle against an undead knight of his former friend, king Ögöltik Kmót I of Jörgalía, Kúþax' wife Tejela III fled with their children to Arikróa in the Southlands, where she acted as head of Kmúþó's government-in-exile until being succeeded by her eldest son, Tejalar II.
Once known for its fine textiles (particularly pile carpets) and light cavalry, Kmúþó is now a wasteland where the crumbling towns and cities are infested with undead beings, much like the rest of Amþax. Several attempts have been made to reclaim the territory by establishing bases along the coast, with limited success.
