Requirements
To be Cloud Father, the claimant must be the eldest of the Cloud Giants
Appointment
It must be conferred at the death of the last Cloud Father, by measure of age agreed upon by the Cloud Giants.
Duties
To represent the Cloud Giants and Cloud Goliaths to the High King and hear disputes within the Cloud Caste.
