Fire Father
Requirements
The eldest fire giant of the Fire Caste as confirmed by the records of the caste.
Appointment
Upon confirmation, the chosen Fire Father oversees the sealing of the ossuary that holds the burned remains of the previous holder. He places his blessings upon it, his maker's mark the final send off before it is sent to the Isle of the Dead.
Duties
To ensure that the Jhordheim is kept well stocked with equipment, be they farm supplies or weapons. Secondary to that duty is settling disputes within the caste and hearing issues related to their work. Tertiary to these is the overseeing of the records, stele engraved with the names of all giants born in Jhordheim, when, as well as the year that they passed.
