Purpose / Function

Serves as the meeting place of the Yom and the halls of Kahosh government.

Alterations

Originally the building was a large hippodrome for the racing of chariots in the Old Kingdom. It has since been transformed into a complex of government business. Archives, meeting chambers, a scriptorium, amphitheaters, and all manner of necessities for maintaining good governance.
