Maiden-Market District

The Maiden-Market is a business and shopping district in the city of Azamel. This district is primarily made of craft-halls and storefronts, and includes a shrine and various statues in homage of The Anvil Maiden. Several craftsman guilds have established themselves in the area, but most craftsmen here are independent.

This district is the go-to location for spending coin. Not just on wares but services as well.

Notable Places of Business

Hetziba's Chantry is a mystic's shop. Hetziba Rakkon is an eccentric human from the Duchy up north and a skilled enchantress. She has some odds and ends worth browsing and is often contracted to enchant items for those who have the coin.

The Steel Stallion is the shopfront of The Iron Ass which is a blacksmith. The two stores are owned and operated by two dwarf brothers. Samson Kragg is the eldest brother and tends to run the smithy portion. Affron Kragg is the younger brother and tends to run the shopfront. Both are skilled smiths though.

Bangat Arena serves multiple points of entertainment. It usually hosts contests of a physical nature, where warriors can fight for bragging rights and gold, but there are times where its wide area and stadium like seating are used for various other events.

The Guild of Fang-Fellers has a noticeable headquarters here too. This group looks for adventurers that can take out beasts and monstrosities causing grief for kingdom citizens or businesses. Marva the "Lioness" is a tall and stout human woman, and the current head of the guild.
