Boreas, the North Wind

Grand Duke Boreas (a.k.a. The North Wind)

Boreas is a Primordial the Realm of Air associated with the north wind. He is the most powerful of the four primals of the winds, as well as the most callous and cruel of them. His siblings Dogoda of the West, Euros of the East, and Okaga of the South rarely speak to their cold hearted brother as he is less than inviting to them.
Boreas lives in the coldest climbs of the realms of Axiom (Jotunheim) in the highest peaks between the realms of Air and Water known as Hyperborea.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Boreas appears as an enormous man of purple-blue tinted skin, thin with a wild mass of hair and beard that is all but frozen in spikes around his head. He wears a set of winged boots and carries a horn he boasts to be from one of the first celestial dragons slain in a war thousands of years ago, possibly even that of the first dragon god slain by Maulik the Primordial Lord of Axiom before his demise if Boreas speaks true. He has two large feathered wings of pale white and violet-blue as well.

Mental characteristics

Failures & Embarrassments

Boreas once attempted to court Skaði, a fellow primordial of ice, the primal goddess and jotun princess, but was denied on several occasions before she was accepted by the Aesir and married the tropic-loving god Njord and later the minor god of huntsmen and heroism, Ullr. To this day he despises Skadi and her husband and works to destroy or overtake her following.

Boreas wishes to see the world covered in ice and snow, the north winds overpowering all others with the weak destroyed or brought to serve and the strong brought to follow him.
