Initiate Mage
An Adept who has been inducted into the Circle of the Silver Owl gains the rank of Initiate Mage until they fulfil the requirements to taking a more advanced rank. Initiates usually remain within their Guild Hall but sometimes will follow their mentor on other jobs or expeditions.
