Black Sand Desert

The Black Sand Desert is a small desert on Udarich. The desert is located in the southeastern tip of the Rusha Kingdom, separated from both the ocean and the rest of the kingdom by small but treacherous mountains. The area is home to dangerous desert creatures and just one settlement. The terrain makes it difficult for Rusha Castle to send supplies and the inhabitants must eke out a life for themselves.
One way the desert dwellers have managed to survive is finding plants to gain water and medicine from. The Tacacti plant has contains juices with similar properties to Potions of Healing. It has been kept and harvested by the desert people for many years as an essential lifeline.
The desert is occasionally targeted by raiders from the Ribahrn tribes.
