Accomplishments & Achievements
He single-handedly unified the scattered tribes of the north-west after the Empire of Draconia had crushed them and conquered their lands after the tribes there had successfully invaded all of Draconia. Using his natural Charisma and strange powers, he unified the monstrous tribes beneath his banner and rebuilt the then-disbanded Inhuman Coalition which had formed to invade Draconia some decades prior...but this time, he did so with a message of peace, unity and coexistence rather than invasion and death as before. Forcing Draconia into negotiations, he reclaimed most of their land for them and oversaw the construction of their capital city, Nirvana.
Failures & Embarrassments
Unknown, outside of his many public pursuits of pleasure

Morality & Philosophy
Little is known of his morality or philosophy, but he places a strong emphasis on unity, wholeness, and the strength of togetherness in the face of adversity. He has no qualms with war or slaughter, but prefers to end the cycles of such events quickly before they can advance further.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Dreamed of uniting and unifying the monster tribes of the northeast to protect them from Draconian oppression and subjugation. Now, he is content to oversee his nation and watch it develop and grow, protecting and watching it from the shadows. Nothing drives him more than the continued safety and security of The Inhuman Coalition, the nation he founded with his own two hands and his charisma.
Savvies & Ineptitudes
Very good at sensing other's emotions and feelings, and getting a read on a room. Good speaker and leader. Unskilled fighter outside of using his natural Vampiric powers, and is fairly weak to physical temptations such as sex, alcohol, and other things he can no longer experience.
Likes & Dislikes
Fine Food, Fine Wine, Physical Pleasure. Enjoys when creatures can set aside their differences and assist one another, and enjoys open-mindedness and willingness to learn or be taught. Dislikes the chaste or those who denounce one or more physical pleasures or experiences, and dislikes the short-sighted, or those who act without thought to consequence or who might be affected by their actions.
Virtues & Personality perks
Master Manipulator, Leader, and Father Figure. Has an excellent sense for planning, especially long-term planning and strategies. Unfathomably patient.
Vices & Personality flaws
Refuses to admit his nature as a Vampire to others he deems should not know such information, despite it being painfully obvious. Apathetic and refuses to get involve in most matters of his country unless they are monumentally important. Craves physical pleasure he can no longer experience. Most obviously, he cannot go outside due to his Vampiric nature.
Hygiene
He makes an effort to dress himself up and look passably alive no matter where he is, and believes heavily in appearance being everything.
Social
Contacts & Relations
He is known to be on very friendly terms with Barkhan the Eternal, who visits him in his reclusive tower home occasionally for up to days at a time. He is also incredibly well integrated into the society of The Coalition, and has contacts and relations just about everywhere inside of its borders.
Family Ties
If he has family, the mysterious Patriarch has never spoken of them.
Religious Views
Unknown.
Social Aptitude
Moderately charismatic, but can be off-putting in social settings due to a lack of experience in small inter-personal meetings, and can thus come off as intimidating and quiet to those who do not know him. Shows signs of preferring solitude and seclusion to complex gatherings, but is very good at riling up and unifying a large group of people when it is demanded of him.
Speech
He speaks quietly and softly, and only speaks when it is absolutely required of him and instead prefers to mostly stand still and silent otherwise. Many who meet him in person agree each word he speaks carries much weight.
Wealth & Financial state
He is surprisingly affluent and never seems to run out of money or supplies to support either himself or his country, but it is a completely mystery where or how he became so wealthy. He spends a majority of this mysterious wealth on national reformation projects, small humanitarian projects, mysterious construction projects, and of course, a myriad of physical pleasures and vices.
