Sidereal Plane

The Sidereal Plane is the space between the planes. It takes the form of an endless river, eternally flowing with a slow, smooth, and steady current. Above this river is a starscape, each node of light being a portal to another plane, the stars shifting place over the eons as the cosmos ebb and flow. These stars exist below the river as well, and points of light shine upward from the bottomless depths below.
Archangel Uzuli resides here, as his purpose is to ferry the souls of departed mortals from their home plane to their resting place in either the Syntropic Plane, Entropic Plane, or Sepulchral Plane. It is Vytali, grandangel of knowledge and magic, however, that was granted domain over this realm by the god and goddess, so that she may survey all the Cosmology at her whim, remain knowing of all things, and act as the messenger of the gods and angels.
