Susanoh

The patron god of all soldiers, generals, and warriors, Susanoh was the god of war. He chose no sides in war, but blessed courage unto any follower who went into bloody battle for a cause and if they fought well and survived their blessings would grow. Susanoh was known to be unbeatable, not for raw strength alone where his brother Tajikaro could best him, but the unison of power, skill, and strategy that he brought to every battle. He was the embodiment of all warriors and displayed merciless fury and honor on equal occasions. When other deities and the ancient demons quarreled with family or allies granting his protection made them untouchable. It was not until a year prior to the First Epoch, when the lands were united in peace, that his power waned and he was assassinated. His body fell from the sky onto the fountain in the city square of Bizen, between Castle Onmyudo and the great pantheon temple, where it turned red with his blood. The blood that was the first consumed by the first empress that transformed her into the Trinity Goddess Nesidth.
