Divinity
Former fishing village, which in colonial days became a funnel for syphoning country's resources via sea trade. First port here was established in the beginning of 20th century and was constantly modernized. In 2000-20s whole neighborhood was rebuilt with an eye for high density and improved living conditions.
Being undisputed center of Stanley, this district boasts much of what this city has to offer. Rich history and cultural scene attract a lot of tourists, who tend to leave a lot of money in local businesses. While services for the residents are well maintained, desirability and corruption-riddled development caused overcrowding, which dragged standards of living down. Still, if you get away from more touristy streets, it can be pretty nice, especially near the ocean.
