Foothill

When M-2 was built to decongest the M-1 and provide another link to the Divinity, couple of exits were built. Foothill was designed with this in mind to accommodate the influx of new migrants.
As a centrally planned district, Foothill still has some semblance of comfort. Still, it's not very walkable, so most residents will need a car or at least a rented bike to get to the subway. Most of buildings were sourced from "sustainable materials" and were not meant to stand for as long as they are. Property owners maintain them as well as they can, but many of them had to be abandoned already.
