Northern Bank

As Foothill grew, it inevitably crawled up the bank of Mira. Despite being geographically in the dead center of Seven Cities, this feels almost as a suburb - you can only get places through Foothill and fastest way to do this is by rail, even though there is a subway line. There are considerable number of offices, as well as shops, but district is primarily residential. Rent prices are relatively high, reflecting quietness, proximity to the water and overall leisurely pace of life.
According to real estate agents, one of the greatest advantages of living in Northern Bank is immediate access to clean water. Filtration stations work around the clock and pump the clean water to all of Stanley. Unfortunately, water is also Northern Bank's downfall when Mira unexpectedly floods. This hood doesn't get catastrophically flooded, like Rockies , but repairs and recovery operations are costly.
