Kulu Hasim
Hasim is the primary Janissary guard for Vadeem al-Atar. He completed his training a year early at only 24 and, after his first successful military campaign in 556 CE, was assigned to the al-Atar Family. He took charge of the young Emir Vadeem in 557 CE.
Hasim met his wife, Faaria Abadi during his training. They were married immediately after his graduation, and welcomed their first and only child soon after. Faaria passed away in 565 CE, when their son Basheer was 9 years old.
Hasim uses his Janissary salary to pay for his son to attend private and prestigious schools.

History
Hasim met his wife during his training as a Janissary and petitioned her family to be allowed to marry her. Her family agreed, believing it to be a better match for her then her current betrothed. The two have one child togther.
Hasim is the Janissary gaurd assigned to Emir Vadeem al-Atar since the boy was five years old. He is a loyal and careful man, slow to anger and easy to laughter.
