Appearing from the air, a child, who couldn't have been more than seven years old, stood before Luana. He stared at her with unmasked curiosity, tempered by a touch of fear. She knelt down in front of the boy, speaking softly as not to scare him.
"Where is your mother?"
The boy, startled, was gone in an instant. Small traces of aura flicked through the air in his place. The Magic of the boy was unfamiliar to Luana, and powerful too.
Noah is one of the most promising Mages according to the the Mage's Guild. He is proficient in Magic, while also having what is considered to be an inherent disadvantage due to being a Bounding Magic Mage. Throughout his time, Noah grows to find that, while initially thought to have a level 6 power to tie with a level 6 skill, he was actually able to use Magic of a level 18 scale. As the limits of his Magic are discovered, Noah is able to realize that his potential, while not as applicable to battle situations, offers him powers capable of apposing Dameon Aumllus - to which his Magic automatically gives him the advantage reducing the opportunity to compare their level of Magic.
The Mage's True Power
While originally the weakest of the Four Mages seeking the destruction of the Anarchist's Guild in Anarchy Falling, the development of his powers during the second book allows him to truly use the hidden power of Bounding Magic. His learning of spells during his time learning in the Mage's Guild allowed him to learn to spread his effect to the world around him.
Where his Magic was originally confined to bending the distance of space, a large power level, around 8 or 9, allows Noah a greater control. Once his Magic spread out around him, Noah learned how to affect the world around him. His spells were able to move matter at a scale unseen, create boxes of utter control, and destroy matter at an unparalleled level.

General Physical Condition
Having a fairly standard build, Noah is not limited by his body. While skinny compared to most people, though not against Dameon Aumllus, Noah is strong enough to complete anything he needs to. He is not overly skilled in running or other feats of athleticism, however, Noah doesn't lack a basic muscular system.
Identifying Characteristics
Noah has few distinct features, however, he does bear the signifying mark of a Bounding Magic Mage on his left shoulder.
Special abilities
As a Bounding Magic Mage, Noah is able to enhance the distance he is able to travel naturally through varieties of manipulation spells. His fully Magic capabilities extend far beyond just the basics of traveling through 3D space. The more complex spells allow him greater control over his surroundings, though he will often be found using smaller spells to jump through short distances.

This is strengthened by the fact he is usually drastically weakened by the constant output of Magic he keeps up to allow a quicker pace to be upheld. Education
Joining Luana Reignnol on her pursuit of the Anarchist's Guild, Noah received the latter half of his standard education while on the road and alongside Aliza Reignnol. Instinctually able to use Magic, like most Mages with a fair amount of Magic, he learned a variety of skills and strategies from Luana and others they visited on the road. However, most of his learning came from books as there are few records of Bounding Magic Mages in the Mage's Guild.

Noah lived a fairly normal life, his only difficulty from a young age being that the Anarchist's Guild stole his sister away. Due to losing his sister and his parent's withdrawl as a result, Noah suffered slightly as a child but grew out of it after joining Luana Reignnol.

Noah's goals have led him to be motivated by the power he has, though in the most positive way. Driven to use his power to allow him to become an influencer, Noah's main drive is that to help the world. While originally driven by the small thing, Noah's maturity after the Anarchy Wars allowed him to open his eyes to the world and strive for goals far beyond anything he could have accomplished when he was 14.

After seeing the extent to which the Anarchist's Guild was able to influence others, and left in the wake of their mess, Noah begins to formulate new goals. Noah is driven by his goals, using that desire and the wish to use his Magic as best as he can to defeat the Anarchist's Guild. Noah, along with Dameon and a variety of others across the world, each have different reasons for uniting against the Anarchist's Guild.Goals

He is usually secretive with his reasons for wanting to learn Magic, preferring to let others suspect it be for personal purposes. However, Noah is also fully invested in learning Magic to destroy the Anarchist's Guild, as they had taken his sister - who showed promise in Fortune Magic - at a very young age.

Noah is in a very positive mental space. Having all of the opportunities to grow as a person, Noah was able to grow into himself. This mental state was as perfect as Noah could be at the time. After Dameon was rescued from the hands of the Anarchist's Guild, due to the fact that Noah was responsible for his rescuing and the fact the two of them spent a large amount of time on the road, the two grew to be friends. Noah became one of Dameon's first friends in years and Dameon was one of Noah's first friends.

Noah, joining Launa on her job to discover and destroy the Anarchist's Guild, he became a pupil of hers. Over the years, Launa and Noah grew to see each other as family, due to Noah having left his family, on not so perfect terms due to Noah's missing sister, at a young age.
