Hobbit Valley is a coalition of Hobbits from the valley.
Structure
There is no central leadership in Hobbit Valley, the Rulers of the settlements are publicly voted for by the inhabitants of those places. Their alliance is what forms the country. They rotate on who attends the World Council meetings.

Not much is known of Hobbit Valley's past. They've already been a nation by the time we discovered them.

Hobbit majority, but other small dali are welcome too. Housing is rather difficult to arrange for larger dali.
