Mantarhold coalition war, II.

Also known as "The bloodiest war of early Dwarovar", the second coalition war of Mantarhold was started as an ultimatum to stop the warpath of the nation. Although it did accomplish its goal, the destruction it brough along with it was catastrophic.

The Conflict

Prelude

Seeing Mantarhold causing tension in the region again, the other nations of the Pact of Réskehol (that were not already in war with them) banded together to end it once and for all.

Outcome

The Dwarvish Hold of Mantarhold fell to ruins. The Pit of Death was dug and utilized. The territories of Mantarhold were distributed amongst the neighbors of the nation.

Aftermath

The Church of the Golden Hammer lost almost all of its supporters and has never recovered since.
