Morhiel

The largest region of the Great North, Morhiel is just north of the Krigoth Mountains and is filled with thick, ancient forests, rocky hills, lakes, fjords, and permafrost in the most northern sections. Hard granite cliffs line the coasts, bordered by the raging Tordenhav to the west, and the cold Frystahav to the east, with Sikuin to the north, Morhiel is a harsh region, and the people and creatures living there are just as hardy.   Morhiel is inhabited by the Morhillian, commonly populated by Humans, Shifters, lynx-like Tabaxi, Arakocra, Dwarves and Drow. The region is ruled over by a variety of Jarls who look after towns and the surrounding areas, all answering to the Oberjarl, the Morhillian king. Morhiel is also home to a variety of Giants, who live outside the laws and settlements of the Jarls, and form their own communities far from the homes of smaller humanoids.
