Talashan and Dokan Expelled from Voltseiani

Olivanar leaders decide to expel Talashan and Dokan diplomats and dignitaries from their borders. A decree is published permanently banning Talashan and Dokan citizens from Voltseiani lands. Additionally, Olivanar leaders decree that no Voltseiani citizen should ever step foot in the lands of the Dokan or the Talashan, proclaiming those nations to be profane and lost to violence.
