Grand Archive Access
G.A.A. is the enchantment bestowed upon the Grand Archive to allow information and knowledge to be artificially added to it as well as setting up parameters for later retrieval.
Despite being singular, it behaves and is culturally perceived similar to the human internet; it's a store of the collective knowledge of Dragonkind, and allows for mass telecomunications.
Structure
Grand Archive Access is an enchantment placed on the Grand Archive. The spell is structure like a computer server, actively taking requests from telecommunication spells being used all across Subterra. In order to handle the billions of requests per minute, a group of scholars with rotating membership actively parses through the traffic to help direct, and arbitrate, the proverbial information highway.
Public Agenda
Its set up was part of a preservation effort to escape the fabled Extintion of Dragonkind; along with a move to an underground ecumonopolis connected to the rest of Drekiheim.
Assets
On top of whatever infomations is manually added, the G.A.A. has access to the memory-restoring powers of the Grand Archive.
History
Originally, the Grand Archive was a mysterious object capable of restoring memories, it has since been retrofitted to host the enchantment that is the Grand Archive Access.

The scholars in charge of handling and maintaining the enchantment are called Grand Moderators. In recent years, younger generations of dragons jokingly call themselves "Accessers" as their social live have increasingly moved onto the G.A.A.
