Before Jolanta was elected mayor she was an aspiring singer and would've had a very good chance of becoming The Voice of the Crescent Lands, a very coveted title which various the same weight on nobility. But her father had other plans and brought her forward as a prime candidate. Due to her recognition as an Aspiring Voice and her keen mind, as well as the PR by her father, many of the electors voted for her straight away. Not wishing to disappoint her family she is bearing the office with as much dedication as she can, but she still envies the current voice Irena Burda and has enacted a few petty laws to make things more difficult for her, this hasn't gone unnoticed and a rivalry is blooming which is felt by many.
