Those Loyal to the Empress
When Aurorax was uniting her empire and cemented her seat of power, Wood-Elfves from the The Western Woods flocked to her cause, seeking to bring froth her dream of unification. Yet as time went on, Aurorax unsuccessful in her goal saw the only way to achieve her dream to become a god. This hubris came back to haunt both her and those loyal to her. During The Years of Rain preluding The Great Flood , these elves were one by one abandoned by the gods, their skin turned gray and became faint reflections of the dreams of grandeur they once had. This change was seen as a disease named "The Loss" and those affected were cast out, seeking shelter on The Forsaken Peninsula. Soon after the Flood, the The Guardians of the Forest seeking to atone for their kind swiftly struck into the hearth of the fledgling colony of those effect by "The Loss", and in a matter of week many of The God-Lost where either dead, capture or fugitive. Yet these grey-skinned elves remain even today. Many of the The God-Lost seek to make amends with their past, and some have successfully cured The Loss by completing acts of heroism and devotion. Spurred on by the success of these tales, a group named "The Redemption" -stationed in the captiol of The Kingdom of Man, Neuhafen- has been recruiting Fallen Aasimar, and have been a force of good for the last few years. Recently they have been chasing down rumours of an growing force in The Ancient Palace. The lands once occupied by The God-Lost is now ruled by The Guardians of the Forest.Current Problems
Seen as outcasts by anyone and still held responsible for the actions of the Empress Aurorax many of the Fallen Aasimar hide their identities and live on the edges of civilization as they are sure to be blamed for any number of things. Yet some do live in the heart of civilization, gaining an edge up using their knowledge and skills from before the Flood to make themselves powerful members of the community. An increased number of these Fallen Aasimar has been noted in the The Kingdom of Man, with a newer generation, one born after the flood, being more welcoming either due to sympathy to their fates or ignorance about their past, many of these have ties to The Redemption.Diplomacy Diagram not available
