Jarham is the capital city and largest city of Otril and seat of the unbroken line of Woadreth. Jarham watches over the mouth of the Foritas Valley and sits quietly on the banks of the Lislan River. Prominently positioned within the city are the enormous Great Archive of The Order of the Broken Tome and the beautiful Woadreth Palace that has been home to the Woadreth Royal Family since around 8200 S.Y..
