Cape Youth Outreach

The Cape Youth Outreach, officially the Cape St. Joan Superhuman Association for Public Security Youth Outreach and Trainee Program^[1], is the official program of the Cape St. Joan Superhuman Association for Public Security aimed at providing training and preparation for a life in Sanctioned superpowered law enforcement for supers below the age of majority.
As part of the program, the young supers get trained in self-defense, law, deescalation, psychology and other relevant skills, and receive professional advice on how to best utilise their powers, as well as opportunities to train and test them.
Usually accompanied by at least one Sanctioned super of the normal team, the only duties the Youth Outreach is usually allowed to fulfill are patrols around town.

Structure

While under direct command of the Capes, internally the Young Capes are usually commanded by seniority, with the oldest current member taking charge.
