Cross Energy Holdings Headquarters
The Cross Energy Holdings Headquarters are the global headquarters of Cross Energy Holdings in Cape St. Joan, Oregon, United States. It houses their main administrative facilities and serves as main office for negotiations, press conferences, stockholders' meetings and other official occasions.
It is also used by the Cross Family as a place to hold fundraisers and other charitable events.
Architecture
The building is modern five storey building mostly constructed of steel and glass in an Art Deco architecture style. The base area of the building is shaped like an equal-arm cross. The entrance is located at the crossection of the cross and leads into a large room that reaches all the way up to the roof of the building.
The southern wing houses many of the administrative and PR related offices. The west wing houses finances and gobal operations. The east wing houses strategy and investment. The north wing is the "dealmaking wing", housing the offices of the highest ranking company members including Joel N. Cross, a ball room for press conferences, shareholder meetings and charity events, and various meeting rooms and facilities suited to host delegations from other companies, as well as politicians.
A helipad can be found on the roof of the northern wing.
The entrance room contains a bronze statue of company founder Richard Cross
History
Constructed in 2002 in the same location where the old headquarters had been standinging prior to their demonlishing.
