Clarke Bolland

Paracelsus, civilian name Clarke Bolland, was a U.S. rogue responsible for an attack on New York City in 1994.
After being captured by the New York Paladins and incarcerated at Superhuman Detention Center, East Branch, he died in imprisonment in 2011.
