Serena Parmasson is an Eladrin sorceress, professor, and diplomat. She is the appointed Prime Archmage of the Emerald Collegium and the Dean of Thaumaturgic Studies at Quór'melar Academy.
Born under a blue moon in 202 ME, Serena Parmasson discovered her sorcerous abilities at a young age while growing up in the city of Ethir. Encouraged by her family, in 232 ME she made the long journey across the mountains and through the Shandalian Forest to study magic at Quor'melár Academy. A gifted student, she quickly advanced to the head of her class and caught the eye of the Prime Archmage. When he passed in 298 ME, the recently crowned King Regent Eron Ayn'Ior appointed the then-96-year-old Serena to succeed her mentor at his request, making her the youngest person to ever hold the position. Her appointment ignited the Arcane Rebellion and led to stricter surveillance of magic within the kingdom.
