The Heart of Yeenoghu
The Heart of Yeenoghu is the burning heart of the Avatar of The Consuming Flame. It is also the heart of the Chaos Scar, where it has remained for over 200 years. The Heart is said to be the source of the rotten soil, dying trees, and twisted beasts that taken over half of the Whispering Woods in the south-central Borderlands. A number of different monstrous races have flocked to the caves, either called by or to protect the Heart, which has made retrieving or destroying the relic nearly impossible.

History
This burning hot gem is said to be the heart of the Avatar of Yeenoghu the Consuming Flame that was summoned as a vanguard of the gnoll invasion that ended in the Night of Ashes. When the Avatar was destroyed, its heart burned a hole in the earth that formed the Chaos Scar.
Significance
The Heart has become a beacon and rallying point for monsters, goblinoid and primordial cultists across Andu'ra.
