Þebels
The Þebels1 hail from southernmost Malónat, around the town of Kelúra near the Vúrakesen Mountains. They regularly trade with the Jaarels distant relatives who have their own civilization beneath the mountains, whom they sell all sorts of goods in exchange for metals, jewelry, and exotic tree silk from beyond the mountains.
Culture
Major language groups and dialects
Þebels tend to pronounce T /th/ as Þ /θ/, similarly to how most Útels spoke during the classical period.
Common Dress code
Þebel clothing is very similar to that of the common Útel, though their proximity to Vúrakesen Mountains means that Jaarel jewelry and dyes are a common sight. Þebels tend to wear yellow and purple clothing.
1Original icelandic: Þebelar, singular: Þebeli
