Ett River
The Ett River1 is one of the main rivers on the Plain of Kings and a tributary of the river Óv to the south. The two rivers form the northwestern and most of the western border of the Plain of Kings, separating it from the surrounding Plain of Spirits. It's bordered to the east by the Mörkel kingdoms of West-Óltrat to the north and Yfrigía to the south.
The east bank of the two rivers is where the earliest settlements of the Mörkels were built, especially along the upper Ett River, which has some of the most fertile land in the region. Because of this, the river is traditionally associated with the mother goddess Leþa or other fertility deities, and Ett's merging with the river Óf -associated with the god Ötrar- is often likened to the two deities embracing.
