Count Edmund Halpine

In life, he was the Count of Basinguard County, part of The Kingdom of Gryvane.
He was known to be an exceptionally kind-hearted person. Often seen as one of the very few genuinely good people of nobility. This is, of course, a simplification of a historical figure. His personal history is dotted with many acts of both kindness and cruelty and it is impossible to say with certainty if he was truely kind or not.
He did, however, help Tsula Sitra and Migisi Sarakhet with their rebellion, helped push his Kingdom to war with the Kingdom of Crosvyre in support of the same rebellion and a similar one happening in one of Crosvyre's Colonies, supported the creation of the Sekhtyrn Protectorate, got his King to allow Migisi to attend The Greencross Summit as a delegate for her people, and was the delegate for his nation at the same Summit.
One of his distant relatives is Ephriam Halpine, a famous explorer.
