Dragon

Dragons are massive winged creatures, they have four legs. Their feet are prehensile, but their front two are more precise than the rear two. They are covered in armored scales and are the only species that are always Manifesters. It is worth noting that they are only guarenteed the become a Manifester if they reach Full Dragon status.   Dragons do not age, but their reproductive system is quite strange. It is called the Draconic Lifecycle and it goes as follows: 1) A Dragonling hatches from thier egg. 2) After 30 years, the Dragonling might become a Dragonoid, or stay as a Dragonling for the rest of their lives 3) After 20 years, the Dragonoid might become a Wyvern, or stay as a Dragonoid for the rest of their lives 4) After 50 years, the Wyvern might become a Full Dragon, or stay as a Wyvern for the rest of their lives.   Eggs can only be laid by Wyverns, but these eggs can only be fertilized by Dragonoids.   Despite efforts to discover more concrete details, Dragons have never found a way to predict who will accend to the next stage or even give a reliable statistical chance that it may happen due to the chaotic nature of magic. Some theorize that there is a yet unknown god or godlike entity that controls it, others point out that gods need worshipers to gain the power they need to interact with the world.   A byproduct of their digestive system is the creation of Drakokrystals.  The amount and quality of the Krystals depends on their diet and general health.  This only occurs with Full Dragons and does not happen with their earlier life stages.
