High Lord Kuan-Ti Ironborn

Considered a genius even among the brilliant minds of the Nacheevi Technical Institute, no one has a better understanding of the relationship between the arcane, metal, and energy production than High Lord Kuan-Ti Ironborn. A century ago, he proposed his preliminary design for the first arcane engine, including concepts for the development of compact fuel cells to power them. Kuan-Ti is has proven to be determined and resilient, fighting tooth and nail to see his genius come to fruition. 


High Lord Ironborn has led the wave of technological advancement around the continent, most notably with his hand in the development of the Iron Arrow and his overhaul of the Neg'Varos Bay Navy. The dwarf seems to have a single-minded focus on advancing the continent into the next age. Does anything else matter to him?
