Isidore Tuz'Dayrin
Lord Isidore Tuz’Dayrin is a simpler man than his wife, Lady Amalia Vi'Har, and he adamantly prefers to avoid the spotlight. It is no surprise that he has found himself excelling in the role of a stage manager. As a man of fewer words, he often expresses himself through his actions. He is meticulous and a notorious perfectionist, spending long hours behind the scenes ensuring that all productions – and the Theater puts on many – will go off not only without a hitch, but will exceed all standards set by previous performances. Many of his coworkers will accuse him of micro-managing, but if approached, he is generally willing to relinquish his hold. While he may have blown a fuse or huffed and puffed in his younger years, now in his later fifties, he's learned to let that go. It helps that he has found people in the Theater that he trusts to live up to his standards.
While working behind the scenes of an opera, Isidore was approached and bombarded by an excessive list of demands and critiques on his staging – which he had ensured was nothing short of perfect. By The One, he was certainly not going to change anything for this abrasive diva... but the rest of the Theater Board practically ordered him to obey the diva's demands. And so, Isidore silently fumed as he was forced to comply with Desiree's desires for a year. When forced to attend a social event, Isidore met the Lady Amalia Vi'Har in quite the state: dress ruined, ankle twisted, and completely at a loss of how to gracefully remove herself from the situation. Happy to leave the social gala himself, he swooped the woman up and carried her off. Years of hauling sandbags and back stage equipment meant that lifting the Lady was nothing to Isidore, but her genuine thanks said otherwise. Did Desiree have a slight limp? Coincidence, yes? When the dots connected... perhaps a performer's perspective is something he should consider from time to time. Rivalry behind them, Amalia and Isidore took the Rites of Devotion and are a terrifying duo within the Theater.
