Viridian Gulf
The Viridian Gulf divides Trast and Olgos. While the water is generally calm, it is rarely traveled upon by all but the most daring of captains because of an ancient violent beast who calls it home. This creature -theorized to be a form of Kraken- occasionally attacks ships passing across the gulf, be it predatory or in territorial defense. As such, fishing and trade vessels tend to hug the coasts in order to avoid the monster's ire.
