Prechet is the eldest living son of the Romanoff family that survived in Vel. However in those years of exile the Romanoff's found themselves in position of a higher calling as Knights of Fianna, holy knights and lords that protect the lands of Ulster in Vel's southern region. Despite being the eldest son and because of this responsibility Prechet abdicated the thrown to the next in line his younger brother. Mean While Prechet and his family remained in Vel and continue their duties there.
