The PC's are introduced to the problem of the bloodstain that comes back every night at the shrine.
Trying to catch the person spilling the blood, they stake out the shrine, but all but Artiel are sleeping for some reason.
Tracking the Darklings the PCs find one in a cave and kill it.
Putting all the clues together the PCs try to stop the assassination attempt, but fail. The "Noble" is killed, but the killer dies as well.
Having received the letter to be delivered to Otto in Hallfeld, the party travel there.
After going shopping and entering the local temple, the PCs deliver the letters to Otto.
The PCs are informed that the priest has more information, but it is a trap. A trap that is dealt with extreme efficiency.
Suspicious of Otto Bergler the PCs decide to infiltrate his house and make plans.
The PCs learn that Otto is trying to escape in a horse drawn carriage and try to catch it, but fail.
The PCs capture Otto outside of the capitol, Liessteig, and take him there, where they are rewarded for the arrest.
Sigrunn Tormdottir, Artiel and Dakeyra are invited to a friendly spar with a few of the royal guardsmen.

Having been kicked out of the keep for trying to run away, the PCs travel to Torsen, the place the map indicated.
