Republic of California
Located on the west coast of the The United Corporate Cities of America, the RoC is where Black Arrow Corporation is headquartered. While the cities are bustling and cosmopolitan, there is also a lot of military bases and weapons storage facilities there. Additionally, a colony of forced-laborers (mostly savants) is located there as well, most of whom work on the California Sea Wall Sea Wall.
This is also where the Sea Wall Defense Compound and the Biological Research Institute of California are located.
