Tvinndreki Struggle

The Tvinndreki Struggle refers to the arrival of Yrvolth and Tyrrleigh to Aedenhal, and the battles that ensued.

Yrvolt and Tyrrleigh are said to be of the Blue Dragonflight, but subservient to "the Red Beast" who was struck down by the paw of Hematfjold upon his first sighting (at least according to Aedenhal lore).   Unlike other parts of the world, the twin-drakes had far less success in executing a reign of terror over the countryside. The Struggle also saw the emergence of The Ice Queen and her Jezis beyond Venfros, who are said to have defeated the dragons and sent them scattering afar.   Much like their brethren on Pharos, the twin-drakes had an army at their command - not of Thalgor, but of Centaurs and Tieflings following The Devil's Treason.
