A close friend of King Boranel, Elias is considered quite influential in the noble council of Breland.
Together with his wife Gwendoline, Elias often takes on the role of Captain Vron of the King's Dark Lanterns, having taken over the role after the real Captain Vron was involved in a conspiracy against the King. Elias has contined to defend Boranel against the many threats that face him.
