Description
Demographics
Primarily citizens of the Breland area consisting almost entirely of middle and lower class. Humans make up half the population followed by gnomes at 20%, Elves at 10% and the balance made up by all other races.
Government
Mostly run by Zelcer Fourflare as he is providing the day to day orders and tasks for the population.
Defences
Practically none. The only defenses that are available are of those of the people working at the campground. With the majority of them being farmers or artisans there are very few that had any military service.
Industry & Trade
Primary purpose is to be a base camp for the reconstruction efforts on the lightning rail. This will be periodically moved as the distance starts to get too great for the daily repairs.
Infrastructure
At best there is makeshift cooking areas that are created to provide the basic necessities. Repairs to equipment is done through sharpening stones, and area lacks any long term repair methods that cannot be done by magic.

Bread ovens - Good for getting lots of food.
Architecture
Mostly canvas tents. There are two storage lightning rail cars that are holding most of the tools and other provisions.
Geography
Forest area, slightly hilly on both sides. Near campground is clear due to the lightning rail making a passage through and a minimum clearance is required for rail operation.
Climate
Wet, muddy, humid, temperatures are temperate.
Natural Resources
Since this is near the Dragonwood Forest lumber is plentiful, food sources are adequate and there is a lot of natural Lodestone nearby.
