As the other county that lost land to New Cyre, and once a profitable trade capital before the war, it is the other home of fascism in Breland. In a fragile peace funded by their restored trading capacity, they have brought on Dargunn mercenaries eager to make good coin. Their seat in parliament is filled by the human Brelia party member, Lord Jovi ir'Oeskai.
