Moonwatch County
Centered on the city of Moonwatch, and after much action in the parliament has fully secured its rights to profit and utilize the Daggerwood's resources from the Commodores of Hilt County who had sought to control the wood, so as to sell it back to Moonwatch to fuel their shipbuilding industries, and subsidize the cost of naval development, after fierce debate and a close vote, the right of the traditional farmers to be represented by the largely democratic bodies of the Moonawatch city council, and its large shifter minority assures what would otherwise be a democrat seat leans further left, currently seating the Utopian, and only Shifter parliament member, Red, a Longtooth with many aspects evocative of Earth's Alaskan Malamutes when shifted.
