Xandrar County
Defined by its luxurious lakeside access and trade between numerous "less-civilized" nations Xandar County has a large number of merchant Counts which provide a right-leaning Democrat to parliament, Lord Verden ir'Clarn. Further left than the Liberals, but further right than much of his party and caucus, he hopes the Brelish People's Council can produce a more conducive governing body where he can practice his more neoliberal ideas as a member of a separate party, without the oftentimes Royalist bent of the Liberals.
