Riverport (River-port)

A walled town and home base of house Neska. Goods from other villages in house Neska territory are transported here to be ferried across the Great basin. It is located on the mouth of the Pinewood river in the Pinewood Grove.

Riverport is majority humans, but a notable amount of halflings are also present.

Riverport is completely controlled by House Neska who is loyal to the ruthorian empire

Infrastructure

• Docks: Riverport has a huge docks district, with many lower-class businesses and homes being built on platforms being held over the lake on stilts. The dock district also acts as of course, a dock.
• Walls: Riverport has walls all along its perimeter, except the docks district which is located outside of the walls. They are built like this to prevent invasion by water and to keep low-class citizens out of the town proper.

• Dock district: The dock district is the low-income district of Riverport, though its crime rate is kept relatively low as it isn't very large and any bad actors are sent in prison caravans to work in the mines of Brikarni.
