Shadow's Respite

Shadow's Respite is a gothic tavern in Cloverville run by the creepily cheerful Lyona Morana.

Purpose / Function

To provide a place for the citizens of Cloverville and travelers to rest away from the dangers of the Cloverwood, but without fully escaping the macabre atmosphere.

Architecture

Shadow's Respite is a gothic-themed tavern (that isn't much different than other buildings in the town) that is very dimly lit on the inside. It has two floors open to the public and an off-limits cellar. The ground floor is the bar portion of the tavern, and the upstairs is where the rooms are located.

Tourism

Most travelers going through the Cloverwood usually spend at least one night in Shadow's Respite.

• Aulberry Wine for 6 Gp a glass
• Mushroom soup for 6 Cp a bowl
• Giant crawfish tail for 10 Gp. It's usually enough for a full table
• Crow pie for 1 Gp a slice (5 Gp for a full pie)
